#Centurion lounge dfw location full
1st I hate the word NO and it seem American Express Centurion Lounge seems to enjoy telling people no! I have watched others get turned away and it seems the staff is always elated! As a avid traveler I have full access to many lounges and today upon my arrival into #IAHInternational I visited the club 25 minutes before closing. In a world of social media we must not let these business off the hook for their racist policies. Especially the 12,000+ square feet offered at DFW.

Delta lounges are the best (domestically) however still a far cry from Centurion in any airport. However, more Centurion lounges are on the horizon so will maintain Platinum level as Amex continues their growth. I struggle with the diminishing benefits of my Amex Platinum card as they relate to the annual fee. But when given the choice, always choose Centurion because I’m assured of fantastic and delicious meal options, plenty of seating, exceptional service, good wine choices. I have access to the Admirals Lounge (DFW being the AA hub this is the best of the best in D gates) as well, also Priority Pass lounges globally and Delta lounges. We are all entitled to our own opinions and have our own standards of “excellence.” Having just finished an absolutely wonderful lunch, chicken, roasted vegetables and a mixed green salad with goat cheese and am now finishing a very good glass of Cabernet, I’m confused by some of the poor reviews below. But they do do already have 2 lounges in T4 (Oasis via PP and Delta Sk圜lub, which I'm sure isn't going anywhere).I’m sitting in the Centurion Lounge at DFW as I write this. To me, T4 makes more sense than T8, since it hits more airlines and hits a largely international audience (rather than a mix). I haven't been through since the expansion opened/security moved, but that seems like a logical place then for one of these (and might be enough to convince me to fly out of JFK rather than LGA, given the right price/times). Likewise with EK and possibly others at DFW, and perhaps VS at LAS.Good to know that there is space in T4. I could see carriers like QR at T8 and EY at T4 wanting to offer something more like the Centurion Lounge to their premium passengers rather than the Admirals' Club or a generic contract lounge respectively. I wonder if we will see Amex start offering these lounges as contract lounges to carriers flying into these airports. If Amex is trying to reduce payments to airline lounge partners perhaps T8 is also a target, though I'm not sure if there's any space in T8. There's lots of unused space in JFK T4 just past the new security checkpoint, in the upper level area which used to be landside and where several lounges are / have been, so that's certainly possible. Perhaps a more likely outcome would be for Amex to take over Airspace, if they're serious about getting into the lounge business, though it looks like (no firsthand experience) the product standards of Airspace are somewhat lower than those of the Centurion Lounges, though still above typical domestic airline lounges. I have no way of knowing for sure but BWI seems extremely unlikely.not a particularly important airport and already has a recently-opened Airspace Lounge, which prominently advertises that Amex Platinum gets you in.

Likewise with EK and possibly others at DFW, and perhaps VS at LAS. I think "The Lounge" closed, so maybe there's even space there for a new lounge! There's lots of unused space in JFK T4 just past the new security checkpoint, in the upper level area which used to be landside and where several lounges are / have been, so that's certainly possible. Unless it would be an issue that it would fill up too quickly b/c too many people going through? Sure, there's access to a lounge there via PP and the DL Sk圜lub, but they could make something really special if they wanted. JFK T4 seems like it would be a pretty ideal place for one since there are a bunch of international airlines + Delta flying out of there.
